Work Requests
If you have a project that falls within the scope of our Creative, Web, or Comm Teams, please fill out the Work Request Form below. The form allows us to better understand your needs and assign the appropriate team member to your project.
Please note that the Work Request Form does not cover projects with video or photography deliverables. If your project involves such elements or requires deliverables from more than one team, kindly contact Xaymara Garza at garzax@uhcl.edu.
Note: Please allow up to two business days for our team to review and respond to your request.
Project Timeline Estimates
While we strive to meet project deadlines diligently, please bear in mind that we typically require a minimum of one week to complete most projects. This timeframe is less about the specific duration of your project and more influenced by the volume of projects submitted ahead of yours. Deliverable time estimates factor in the scope of your request and its position in the submission queue. To ensure your project can be started as soon as the submission is reviewed, kindly ensure that the finalized, approved content is provided in conjunction with the completed Work Request Form.
Employee Headshots
Professional studio headshots are offered to full-time faculty and staff twice a semester in the Bayou Building, Room 3605. If you recently had a new headshot taken at UHCL and would like to have it uploaded to the website, please use the Work Request Form above and select assistance from the Web Team.
