Faculty & Staff Headshots
Marketing and Communications offers professional studio headshots to full-time UHCL faculty and staff, twice a semester. Five-minute photo sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis through our online calendar. Additional dates may be added based on need. It's very important to arrive no more than 10 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals may be fit in as time allows or asked to reschedule.

Missed Appointments
Due to tight scheduling, we may not be able to accommodate those who miss their appointment time. If we are unable to accommodate you will need to reschedule for a future date.
What to Wear to Your Photo Session
Here are suggestions for a successful shoot:
- Wear medium-to-dark solid colors.
- Please do not wear white or very light-colored clothing.
- Large bold prints and big plaids and stripes are not recommended.
- Small print or plaid is fine.
