DeAngel Bonilla joined the University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL) in 2018. She is responsible for faculty recruitment and onboarding, promotion and tenure administration, faculty compensation oversight, support in monitoring workload compliance, and faculty appointment communication.

With 7 years of experience in college and division operations, DeAngel has exhibited a strong focus on process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and adapting to the dynamic factors of managing large and complex operations - aligning institutional goals with academic excellence.

A proud double alumna of the University of Houston-Clear Lake's College of Business, DeAngel holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration.
