- Student Financial Assistance Information
- Notice of Federal Student Financial Aid Penalties for Drug Law Violations - The Office of the Dean of Students sends out a notice of Federal Student Financial Aid penalties for drug violations annually. Drug and Alcohol education programs are provided to students through the UHCL Counseling and Mental Health Center under the Division of Student Affairs and are described in the UHCL Biennial Review Report.

Teacher Preparation Program
- Teacher Preparation Program Report - Annually, a Title II report on UHCL's Teacher Preparation Program is submitted to the Texas Education Agency (TEA). The final report is submitted to the Department of Education by TEA. It can be found on the title2.ed.gov website College of Education.

Student Complaints
Student Complaints may be filed through the following processes, which are further described on these websites:
All submitted complaints to THECB must include a student complaint form, a signed Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Consent and Release form, and a THECB Consent and Agreement Form. Submitted complaints regarding students with disabilities shall also include a signed Authorization to Disclose Medical Record Information form. All forms can be found on THECB website.
