- HR Tuition Reimbursement project

This was successfully implemented for the registrar’s office. The project aimed to implement Curriculog, which is a software platform that works in conjunction with Acalog, to streamline the management of program and course updates for college catalogs. We successfully launched Cayuse Human Ethics, a cloud-based platform for managing electronic preparation, submission, and routing of studies for Sponsored Programs Team. This tool streamlines processes for initial applications, modifications, renewals, and incident reports, while also enhancing review and routing efficiency. Business Process Automation: These DocuSign projects have led to operational improvements and benefits. The streamlined workflows, cost savings, and improved user experience collectively contribute to the project's success. This collaborative effort was led by the OIT-Project Management Office in partnership with our respective business units.
The projects include:
- Waiver for UHCL Art School for Children and Young Adults
- Additional Compensation Form for Human Resources
- Purchasing Summary ($100k & $300k) for Procurement
ADG Virtual Orientation System was successfully implemented by OIT-Project Management Office in partnership with Student Affairs Team led by Tyler Hall. The project, aimed to provide a smooth and comprehensive onboarding experience for the students, facilitating a quicker transition into the organization. We appreciate the teamwork and dedication that made these advancements possible and look forward to continuing our efforts to improve and innovate.
The Waiver for Consent to Release Confidential Information for Counseling and Mental Health Center has been successfully accomplished. Automating the waiver process streamlines the entire workflow, reducing the time and effort required to obtain and manage consent forms. This collaborative effort was led by the OIT-Project Management Office and the Counseling & Mental Health Center Team.
