Engineering Management

The Engineering Management program includes a master's degree that combines the problem-solving elements of engineering with the leadership strategies of business. The broad engineering management curriculum was designed to prepare students with technical backgrounds to become industry leaders. Integrating courses from UHCL's College of Science and Engineering and the College of Business, the program focuses on multiple disciplines. These include business management/administration, project management, systems engineering, and industrial engineering, among others and an undergraduate minor degree that provides undergraduate engineering students an understanding on complex engineering project and apply the skills for deeper understanding of business practices, as well as product design and process development.

UHCL's Engineering Management program gives you the flexibility that other colleges don't. You can take courses in person at UHCL and at UHCL at Pearland, or you can take some online. You can also earn the entire degree online. With the convenient flexibility of the program, you can earn an advanced degree in two years while maintaining full-time employment.
