Nominations
Faculty may be nominated for a University Faculty Fellowship by the full-time faculty (tenured, tenure-track, and lecturers) and academic administrators at the college-level (Deans, associate Deans, faculty/division/program chairs). Nominations of faculty will be made to the Senior Vice President and Provost. A faculty advisory group, which will include one faculty member from each college appointed by Provost, will provide advice and counsel to the chief academic officer with regard to the faculty nominees. The Provost will make recommendations to the President of UH-Clear Lake. The deadline for submission of nominations to the Provost is March of each year. Recommendations for faculty fellowships by the Provost are due to the President by April. The President will announce the recipients of University Faculty Fellowships for the academic year by May.

Each nomination should include a letter of nomination detailing how the faculty member meets the purpose of a University Faculty Fellowship as noted above. The letter of nomination should also include a current curriculum vitae of the nominee. Additional supporting material may be included, but should not exceed ten additional pages.
