Visual Identity

The visual identity of UHCL's brand is a compilation of visual elements that represent our mission, vision, values, and public identity. Whether it's on a billboard or on a T-shirt, a university's visual identity is the first opportunity to make an impression on a viewer. It can appear in a number of other places as well, including print materials, social media pages, emails, and lanyards.

After seeing elements of a brand's visual identity displayed in these areas multiple times, viewers can begin to easily associate them with the brand within seconds, even if the company name isn't prominently displayed. For example, many Disney-related advertisements use the same Waltograph font that's used for the iconic "Disney" name that many are familiar with.
