Overview
The STEMHawks: Noyce Scholarship Program at University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL) is an innovative and collaborative Track 1 scholarship program initiative involving UHCL College of Education (COE), College of Science and Engineering (CSE), and eight K-12 school districts in metropolitan Houston.
