KidsU 2025 Summer Camp Registration Now Open!

Every summer, the Center for Educational Programs offers KidsU camps for children of all ages providing them opportunities to learn and have fun. Whether you want your child to learn more about science, math, reading, literacy, technology, or cultures, there's a camp or academy for them. Find the best fit for your family.

These camps are located on the University of Houston-Clear Lake Campus in the Arbor Building located at 2700 Bay Area Blvd, Houston, TX 77058.

Summer 2025 Camp Registration

KidsU Summer Camp registration is now open. Camps are $180 per session.

• Early Bird registration - $170 until March 23.
• UHCL employees and students (register with your UHCL email) - $160

Required Forms for All Students

All campers must have  three completed forms on file to participate in KidsU. Please complete the forms before the first day of camp.

• Week 1 - June 2-6
• Week 2 - June 9-13
• Week 3 - June 16-20 **NO CAMP - KidsU Closed**
• Week 4 - June 23-27
• Week 5 - June 30-July 4 **NO CAMP - KidsU Closed**
• Week 6 - July 7-11
• Week 7 - July 14-18
• Week 8 - July 21-25

Before and After Care

We offer weekly child care before and after camp for a small fee. 

• Before camp care is available from 7:30-9 a.m. for $30/week.
  • Campers will remain in the center and be provided an activity each morning and walked to their class at 9 a.m. Campers are welcome to bring breakfast and eat in the center dining area.
• After camp care is available from 4-6 p.m. for $30/week.
  • Campers will be picked up from their PM class and brought to the center where they will participate in various stations/activities along with outside time (weather permitting). Campers are welcome to pack a snack to eat after camp.

Before/After Care Registration

Hawk STEAM Academy - completed grades 5th - 7th

Hawk STEAM Academy camps are open to students who have completed grades 5th through 7th.  These camps run Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and are located in the SSCB.
