Hunter Hall Housing Scholarship

Come and Live, Learn, and Engage with us!

The Hunter Hall Housing Scholarship is open to new and continuing undergraduate and/or graduate students. This is a renewable housing scholarship in the amount of $1,000.00 per semester (fall spring semesters only, for up to 8 semesters) toward on-campus housing, for students electing to live in a traditional double room in Hunter Hall.

Students must complete a 1-page essay and a Hunter Hall housing application, and formally apply for the Hunter Hall Scholarship in order to be considered. When awarding the Hunter Hall Housing Scholarship, priority is given to students with a submitted essay, a completed Hunter Hall Housing application, demonstrated financial need based upon the FAFSA or TASFA application, and home address distance from the UHCL campus. The number of Hunter Hall Housing Scholarships available is contingent on projected housing occupancy.
