Dr. Boothe has trained and worked in numerous settings, including VA hospitals, where he completed specialty rotations in general mental health, spinal cord injury (SCI), and complex trauma/PTSD units; community mental health clinics dedicated to working with refugees and asylees from other countries; pain management clinics, and college counseling centers.  His approach to therapy consists of a clinical integration with psychodynamic perspectives (relational and contemporary object relations theories) as the dominant organizational frame. 

Clinical interests include working with disability and chronic health/medical issues, trauma, mindfulness, interpersonal and relational concerns, identity development/existential concerns, multicultural issues, and group therapy.

Stefanie Denu has trained in numerous university counseling centers and has worked to support students through individual and group treatment modalities and to support trainees in their professional development. She earned her PsyD doctoral degree from Xavier University and has previously worked in counseling centers at the University of Iowa, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Northeastern University. Her approach to therapy is based in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) that incorporates a mix of mindfulness and action-oriented strategies with a focus on creating a meaningful life while learning to cope with inevitable stressors along the way.

Stefanie's clinical and professional interests include eating disorders, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life transitions, identity development, and emotional distress related to chronic or acute medical illness.
