Event Essentials

What to Expect

  • Black Tie formal with dinner and Program
  • Guests welcome starting at 5:30 p.m. for complimentary Champagne Reception
  • Check-in (Required)
  • Complimentary drink ticket for each guest. All Banquet Bars are credit card only. No cash accepted.
  • Photo booth by Social Smiles
  • 5:30-7 p.m.: Enjoy the reception and check out Live Auction line-up; Big Board; Wine Pull. Payment options: cash, check and credit card.
  • DJ and dancing (provided by PRP Entertainment)
  • Program Opening montage by Bay Area Houston Ballet

Program Timeline

  • 5:30 p.m. Check-in and General Reception
  • 7 p.m. Dinner and Program begins
  • Dance floor opens immediately following program
  • 10:30 p.m. Bar closes

Gala Dinner Menu

Pistachio Crusted Salmon and Sautéed Chicken Piccata with Lemon Caper Butter sauce.

The vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free option is Grilled Portobello Mushroom with Roasted Veggies. Please include this special request if needed when confirming guest names.
