Strategic Leadership Team

To oversee the implementation of the strategic plan at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, a Strategic Leadership Team was established comprising senior key leadership personnel from across campus.

The Office of University Strategy and Transformation works with all Colleges and Divisions to record, organize, maintain, communicate, implement and evaluate the Impact 2025 and Beyond strategy. 

Responsibilities include:

• Record of Strategic Plans 
• Data Entry and Performance Reporting
• Internal and external communications about the UHCL strategic plan.
• Training and Development
• Governance over strategic planning, implementation and reporting.
