Other Contract Types

When the vendor or supplier we wish to contract with prefers to use their contract template instead of ours we must ensure that UH system legal is aware of those terms and conditions, and approves them. We use a template called a "Standard Contract Addendum" to incorporate the vendor’s terms into our standard contract as one memorialized and bona fide agreement.

Affiliation Agreement

Facility License Agreement

Agreement used when an outside group or company will be utilizing UHCL's facilities.

Non-Academic Credit Affiliation Agreement

Agreement to be used when academic credit will not be received for an internship.

Interagency Cooperation Agreement

Agreement between Texas state agencies; use in accordance with Texas Gov't Code Chapter 771

Interlocal Cooperation Agreement

Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (PDF)

Agreement between UHCL and a local government body; use by authority granted in Texas Gov't Code Chapter 111.

Memorandum of Understanding

Agreement between two educational institutions to establish a commitment to a joint academic program, the details of which will be finalized in a future written agreement.

Hosted Services Contract Checklist

Information Security Hosted Services Contract Checklist (PDF)

This assessment must be completed for contracts that include hosting of University information on non-UH System servers. Must be completed and included in the contract packet.
