Biography
Christine Walther is a professor of psychology. She completed an undergraduate degree in psychology at Texas Tech University. She then attended the University of Pittsburgh, ultimately receiving both a master's degree and doctorate in psychology.
Her research examines the interplay between social influences and individual differences in understanding alcohol use and problems from adolescence to early adulthood, and she has published her research in a variety of psychology journals.
Dr. Walther enjoys teaching and mentoring students at both the undergraduate and graduate
level. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking and traveling.
