Biography

Lisa Sublett is an associate professor in industrial organizational psychology at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. She received her Ph.D. in industrial organizational psychology with a minor in psychological statistics and data analysis from the University of Houston where she also served as visiting assistant professor in the Department of Psychology.

Dr. Sublett enjoys conducting research projects on diverse topics. Her current research interests include work-life balance, employee attitudes, occupational health, and workplace value congruence. She enjoys working with undergraduate and graduate students in these research endeavors as well as supervising student-led projects. Dr. Sublett has expertise in statistics and psychometrics and applied experience in designing employee morale surveys for companies in the Houston area.

She has presented research at several national conferences and is a guest editor for peer-reviewed journals in industrial organizational psychology as well as an international award for outstanding work and family research.
