Art Gallery
UHCL's Art Gallery is Bay Area Houston’s premiere venue for the visual arts. Exhibitions include group shows featuring UHCL students, thematic exhibitions of regional artists and retrospectives of national and internationally recognized artists. The Gallery offers educational programs open to UHCL students and the larger community throughout the year.
Art School for Children
The Art School for Children at UHCL gives budding artists an opportunity to expand their artistic abilities. They are dedicated to offering art classes that benefit all children, inspire pre-service teachers, give additional educational options for professional teachers, and serve families and the community.
Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities
The UHCL Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities is composed of faculty and students in the Behavior Analysis, School Psychology, and Marriage and Family Therapy graduate programs. Through their programs and services, CADD's objectives are to support research on autism and developmental disabilities, to train current and future professionals, and to provide services to children and families through partnerships with community organizations.
Center for Workplace Consulting
The Center for Workplace Consulting (CWC) provides quality, inclusive business solutions through ethical, collaborative, evidence-based practices. Located at UHCL at Pearland, the center is driven to empower organizations to better fulfill their missions, while also providing training opportunities for future practitioners.
International Education
Building on the multidisciplinary courses offered through the College of Human Sciences and Humanities, we offer a variety of cultural, social, academic and educational programs and events on campus.
Psychological Services
UHCL's Psychological Services Clinic is a training and research clinic that serves the greater Houston-Galveston area. Graduate students trained in evidence-based assessment and therapy deliver most of the services under the direct supervision of professionally licensed and/or Ph.D.-level supervisors. Services include individual, marriage and family therapy and school assessments.
Serious Games and Simulations Innovation Lab
This interdisciplinary graduate effort allows students to develop serious games and simulations, which are being used in school classrooms and other educational settings. All coursework leads to a final capstone experience at the end of the program.
