Jake Swanson
Jake Swanson is an undergraduate student at Oklahoma State University where he is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in fisheries and aquatic ecology. He is a summer intern at EIH, and is part of the field crew for the National Rivers and Streams Assessment. He has spent numerous undergraduate hours in the research lab aging otoliths and raising buffalo, and is working on his own undergraduate research project dealing with alligator gar roe toxicity. Swanson hails from Eufaula, Okla., and is an active member of the Oklahoma State Bass Fishing Team.
