Mahmoud Omar
Mahmoud Omar graduated from UHCL with a master's degree in environmental science in
2020. He attended the university as a Fulbright Foreign Student Scholar. Omar's thesis
project was "Modelling the growth of Atlantic Rangia, Rangia cuneata, in Response to Freshwater Inflow, Trinity River Delta, Galveston Bay," in which he examined meat index and shell index as health indicators. He worked
as a graduate research assistant at EIH while pursuing a master’s degree.
