Hank Hodde

Hank Hodde was a field and laboratory research assistant with the Environmental Institute of Houston, University of Houston-Clear Lake from December 2010 to December 2012. He obtained his master's degree in environmental management from the School of Business. While with EIH, Hodde worked on numerous projects, including EPA's National Coastal and Wetlands Conditions Assessment, the Houston-Galveston Area Council's Clean Rivers Program, and the Greens Bayou Wetlands Mitigation Assessment Project, but he focused his graduate thesis on post-disaster damage assessments. Following graduate school, he received the Sea Grant Marine Policy Knauss Fellowship and worked at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association. Subsequently, he worked as a Coastal Management Specialist for NOAA's Office for Coastal Management. Currently, Hodde is the Sustainability and Resiliency Coordinator for Pinellas County Government.
