Instructors:
- Field Experience Requests and course rosters will be emailed to the CPDT office.
- Students are to submit a university or program letter, prepared by the instructor, stating their need to do observations. This letter should be added to each student’s required documentation and submitted to CPDT.
- Instructors requesting field experience placements for individual students or small groups of students should contact the campus directly.
- Background checks will be conducted at the campus via the Raptor system.
Note: Students will forward district approval letters/emails if available to the course instructor.
Students:
- Observations may be requested between September 15th- April 15th of each year.
- Contact the campus directly to schedule observations
- Use the campus-based Raptor system to sign in at the front office.
- Students are required to follow DISD dress policy.
