CARE Team
Should a student be experiencing a mental health emergency or crisis, or you notice a change in a student's daily behavior, personality, or mood, we encourage you to submit a CARE Incident Report form to our office.
UHCL's Crisis Awareness Response Emergency (CARE) Team treats your concern(s) with respect and confidentiality.
Should a student be experiencing an immediate emergency in a classroom, office space, or anywhere on campus, please contact the UHCL Police Department at (281) 283-2222 for assistance. Please note that the Dean of Students Office does not serve as first responders.
Student Conduct (Non-Academic)
Students may sometimes exhibit conduct or behavior that allegedly violates UH System or UHCL policies. Faculty and staff are encouraged to report these situations and incidents to the Dean of Students Office, via the Incident Reporting Form linked below.
