Daniel Perdue, Ph.D.

Biography

Dr. Perdue is a professor of Finance and holds the Certified Financial Planner® professional designation. His teaching and research interests are in investments and personal finance. Dr. Perdue has authored textbooks in both fields and has published numerous research papers in scholarly and professional journals. He is a recipient of the President's Distinguished Faculty Service Award and is a past president of the Academy of Financial Services. He has served on the Board of Trustees of a public pension fund and currently serves on the board of the JSC Federal Credit Union. Dr. Perdue was named a Fullbright Scholar and taught at The University of the South Pacific in Suva, Fiji, in 1989.
