Biography
Dr. Noghani is an assistant professor of management. She joined the College of the
Business in the fall of 2022. Before that, she was a visiting assistant professor
of management at Eastern Kentucky University.
Dr. Noghani earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration with a Concentration in Management
from Texas Tech University in August 2021. She also received her masters and bachelor's
degrees in chemical engineering from Sharif University of Technology in Iran.
Areas of Expertise
Dr. Noghani's primary areas of research interest include leadership, self-concepts issues, social cognition, and research methods. Her research has been published in the Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Business and Psychology, Group & Organization Management, Economic and Business Review, and Applied Economics Letters.
