Biography
Dr. Vivien E. Jancenelle joined University of Houston-Clear Lake in 2021. He earned
his doctorate with a concentration in strategy from Cleveland State University in
2017. His teaching interests are in the area of strategy and entrepreneurship, and
his research primarily focuses on corporate-level strategy, with a particular emphasis
on topics such as organizational ambidexterity, tangible–intangible resource composition,
TMT–shareholder relationships (information asymmetry and signaling theory), nonlinear
models, and entrepreneurial finance.
Dr. Jancenelle has published in peer-reviewed journals, including "Long Range Planning,"
"Technovation, Management Decision, International Business Review," "Management Research
Review," "International Small Business Journal," "Journal of General Management,"
"Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies," and "American Journal of Business,"
among others.
