UHCL launches “Leaders in Flight” program to elevate leadership on campus

To support their growth, UHCL is launching the Leaders in Flight program, an initiative designed to develop strong, visionary leaders who can drive positive change across campus and beyond. The program is structured around three key pillars: leadership fundamentals, developing others, and creating a vision for change. Participants will engage in hands-on learning, covering essential skills such as leadership presence, team building, coaching, SWOT analysis, and change implementation.
