Success Through Education Programs
The Success Through Education Programs (STEP) is a collaborative partnership between the University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL), twelve high schools spanning over six area school districts, and six community colleges to create opportunities for students as they explore teaching as a profession.

If you are a current high school, community college, or UHCL student who has attended or is currently attending any of STEP's partnering schools, you may qualify to be a member of STEP.
